MOD Title: Extended Similar topics

MOD Description: This mod adds a table at the bottom of a thread and displays other threads that are similar in topic.
MOD Version: 1.0.3a
Installation Level: Easy
Installation Time: ~10 Minutes

MOD Features:
- The hidden or private forums are ignored
- The filter of stops - words is used
- Admin panel for settings
- One sql-query for search a similar topics is used
- Sorting the topics according time of the last message or relevance

Based on the "Similar Topics" mod by Leuchte (http://www.leuchte.net).

The english text for the admin side was missing so I translated it the best I could. It could be reworded for the english language. I just ran it through a translator to get what I got, it's better then nothing but could be polished up a bit, so anyone feel free.

Is there a way I can make it so the Similar Topic Mod only comes up for certain Forums? For example, I don’t want the mod to display similar topic results in the off topic forum, as most of the results aren’t relevant.
