Hi, I'm sorry, my english it's not good, I'm chilean.
I have installed the phpPlus 1.52, the october versión, 2.0.13 suposse so, in this version, existed a BBC Code function to show a web page inside the post.
Now, I have installed the phpPlus 1.53 Beta 7 version, 2.0.17, and this function don't exist.
Can you tell me, please, how add this MOD to this version 1.53.
I tried installing the 1.52 version 2.0.18, but don't work this function too.

The php Plus 1.5x, it's very, very good, I'm thankful with you.
I like to add the Chat MOD with pop-up messenger, with registered user, but I don't know to program "php" or "html", yet, I'm studying them.

Hola, perdón mi inglés no es bueno, soy chileno.
Tengo instalado el Portal php Plus 1.52, la versión de octubre, la 2.0.13 creo. En esta versión existía un BBC Code WebPage(), que permitía ver una página web dentro de un Post.
Ahora, tengo instalado la versión 1.53 Beta 7, y esta función no existe.
¿Pueden ustedes decirme, por favor, cómo agregar esta función a la versión 1.53?
Intenté instalando la versión 1.52, 2.0.18, pero esta función tampoco existe ahí.

Los Portales creados con php Plus 1.5x son excelentes, estoy muy agradecido de ustedes de haber creado algo así.
Me gustaría también agregar una función de Chat pero vía ventanas pop-up de mensajes con los usuarios registrados. Yo no sé programar en "php" o "html", recién estoy aprendiendo. Gracias.
P.D. Tengo serias intenciones de crear un Portal para soporte en español de la versión Plus, no existe o no lo he encontrado... con la ayuda de los que saben claro... Gracias...

The function is removed, because of potential security problems. You can search for the web bbcode, but installing that mod is not recommend. |

Yeah I'm working now on the beta8 and that web icon was nice... too bad the forum doesn't even leave the choice on or off... |

well we all have the choice of puting email notification or CTracker protection, or other security stuff...why not web bbcode |

eMail-notification is allready part of the normal phpBB and CTracker is also a part of 1.53. So, where is your choice in these parts?
But you do have a choice. You can go and install the web-BBcode into your board if you wish to have a security problem. But don´t expect the programmers to release such a version.
Or you can use the regualr [ url ] bbcode to link to another webpage, and that way is a lot more comfortable for the user. Since he can use and resize a complete browserwindow for the page. |
