rtred->blue type theme?

i was wondering if rt red could be change to a blue/black style.

i would ask if anyone could do up the smartdark theme for the newest upcoming plus but id think that would be to much work. recoloring is easier then installing a bunch of mods.

reason for request.

There will be RT blue soon, but I won't be working on it untill the release of plus 1.53

I was going to make it right after I released the RT Red but I never got to it!
