PHP5 is still not stable enough for me to use, but phpBB2 Plus 1.53 will also fix several issues with the existing version and be generally updated to work better with Firefox and the likes. I'm sure it will also work with php4 as that's what a lot (most?) people use  |

I'm curious, is the issue with Firefox a visual layout one? The reason I ask, is that several of the demo forums I've built tend to look odd in Firefox.
Eagerly awaiting new release.

I believe Stefan listed the issues somewhere on this site, may have been in the download thread. I use FireFox myself and I get table layout issues sometimes, although as long as you don't scroll down whilst the page is loading it usually behaves |

Ich glaub, du meinst
phpBB3 Plus 1.0.. aber bedenke: es wird erst ne Plus für phpBB3 geben, wenn genug Mods zu verfügung stehen.. außerdem ist phpBB3 bereits jetzt mit vielen neuen Features ausgestattet..
ja, php5 ist noch etwas instabil, aber es gibt bereits viele Provider, die php5 einsetzen.. außerdem hat es für jemanden mit php4 ja keinen Nachteil, dass phpBB+ jetzt auch auf php5 läuft ^^ |

Hmmm detail re. the 1.53: is the shoutbox fixed? Seems to me that a link to the 'management' page is missing totally in 1.52. |
