Caching pages

Hi everyone!

I'm having some trouble using this phpBB2 board i have.
Particularly, when i make any change, for exemple altering my signature, after i submit the change and when i access the profile again, apparently nothing's been changed!

I know that the changes have been saved in the mysql db, but only when i delete the temporary files do they show up. Is there anyway to guarantee i always access the latest version of a page? Same happens for the boards, i write a topic, then i submit it and when i go read it, it just isnt there, as IE is reading a cached file and not the latest file.

Any Help??

Check this setting in the internet options "Temporary Internet files" of IE:

"check for newer versions of stored pages" --> activate this: "every visit to the page"

This would help you.
