smf Forum zu phpBB2 - ich brauche Hilfe!!!

ich möchte ein smf forum in ein phpBB2 Forum umwandeln. Konverter hab ich, aber irgendwie mach ich etwas falsch.

Wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe soll ich ein phpBB2 Forum erstellen (hab ich nat. auf der selben Datenbank liegen)
Die Dateien der Zip Datei in einen Ordner namens convert im php Hauptverzeichniss kopieren (denke mal da wo die index liegt).
Die convert_smf.php hab ich in den Ordner convert gesetzt.
Die dateien die ich hochschieben muß enthalten 3 Ordner wovon einer ebenfalls convert heisst.

Wenn ich das so mache, dann findet er die index.php nicht - ist klar denn die liegt ja im ordner http://www.meinforum.de/phpbb/convert/convert
wenn ich die Dateien aus dem convertordner aus dem ziparchiv alle in meinen convertordner kopiere und dann http://YourDomainName/phpBB_path/convert/index.php aufrufe, dann kommt die Meldung das er die Sprachdatei nicht finden kann. Mache ich es jedoch so das ich auf

http://YourDomainName/phpBB_path/convert/Convert/index.php gehe kommt folgende Fehlermeldung:

Ich habe also schon einige Varianten probiert wie ich was machen könnte, aber bin leider nicht wirklich weiter gekommen.

Vielleicht kann mir hier ja jemand weiterhelfen.
