I feel your pain gentleman I have tried everything from contacting the site admin and the Moderator of the forum and I have tryed posts like you did in this post expecting someone would at least is willing to help us correct this missing file dilemma unfortunately they are not willing to assist us in this matter.

This file is missing and a lot of members have been posting regarding this issue but now one is replaying back. So please can you fix the like to the file so we all can update to the new forum.

File - phpBB2 Plus 1.52 Core Code Changes from 2.0.18 to 2.0.19
The selected File does not exist anymore
404 File Not Found: The File ./pafiledb/uploads/13d4dac4da86d80bf0d2fb839bc1314d.zip does not exist.
And you know what my PM still in the outbox apparently they do not check their PM.
And I also wrote to TerraTux about the same issue at least he did read my PM but I didn't get any reply.
Now I run a forum like you'll do how hard is it to fix a broken link. And do they think we don't need that batch at Lee's they could guide us to how we should updates from 2.0.18 to the newer release.
So gentleman I'm so sad to bring you to the fact that you not getting any answer from this form and I wish they prove me wrong at least we will all benefit.

Just wanted to bump this up as I was having the same problem after letting my board go un-updated for 2 years (had life problems to deal with).
So here are the changes to update your plus 1.52 board from 2.0.18 to 2.0.19:
