phpBB2 Plus 1.53 converted to CrackerTracker v5.0.3

I noticed people asking how to uninstall CrackerTracker v4.x from phpBB2 Plus 1.53 and then install v5.x. I too searched all over to find this and struggled to successfully install it as I only know very, very basic coding.

Anyhow, I managed to convert the the fresh phpBB2 Plus 1.53 installation to include CrackerTracker v5.0.3 and removed v4.x. The board is welcome to check it out and put it in the downloads section for others. As I said, I'm not a coder by any means so please do check it out, but it works on my board... so far. ;P Installation is the same as the phpBB2 Plus instructions, but you must also change permissions on 6 CTracker logfiles to 666 and run the install.php for CrackerTracker v5.0.3 before the board will work.

I also have the converted CrackerTracker v5.0.3 install files for use with the basic Plus 1.53. They're separated for those who just want to upgrade. If interested in that, I'd need to test it just to make sure it works properly. I'd also want to edit the uninstall file for the previous CT version to include some more code to be removed from it.
