5 days worth of posts lost?

Would anyone here know why I would loose 5 days worth of posts and profile updates? I've tried getting help from my host but I geuss they have better things to do.

It fixed itself a couple of times but just kept reverting back to the lost info.

Maybe your hoster have restored an older database?

That's what would make sense to me but they refuse to reply to my posts. I managed to make a full backup of what I had left and I'd hate to loose them because they offer so much as far as bandwidth and discspace but none of that does me any good if they can't control thier own databases.

Anyone know of a good free host?

I think you can't expect too much from free hosts.
Before i went to one.com i thought i had a good one, but if there were problemes, i could not ask something whenever i wanted to.
when i did need a good backup, they did see their mail too late, and after 3 days, a little replie, no thanks.
now i pay less, and in the mean while i'm used to backup for myself for the case troubles come, and i have 4X the space i did had before
one.com is a good one.

I actually thought about using the pay service of the free host I'm currently using. They are really cheap, but with the problems I'm currently having on their free server, I wonder about the quality. They are called Charger Technologies among other things. (2plans.com, Official Freedom, and some other names too I think.)
