Once you've fixed this, PM me your phpmyadmin info (username/password) as well as your forum's admin username/password. |

Hello,
I have read this topic and I have the same problems. Can you give me a hand with those bastards ?
I have updated my forum, but it's impossible to delete the forum witch he has added. If I wish to delete the forum, I see a overprint from a image of him.
You can find the forum on http://www.glansbeton.be/forum/portal.php
I have disabled the things witch he has added, so only the admin sees it .
I have installed the latest version now 2.0.17 © 2001 phpBB Group, but I think that its to late ? 
You can see the hack off him
if you click to http://www.glansbeton.be/forum/forum_map.php
As administrator (I have send you the admin password) you can see often the hack of the forum.

I, too, was affected by the Turkish Hack, and unfortunately, 95% of my phpbb_topics table was wiped out by the hacker!
I still have ALL of my posts, but my board is not being populated with those posts because there's no place in the topics table to insert them.
Is there any way to regenerate the phpbb_topics table so that these posts can be displayed again?

Hi, could you give some information on what to do in phpMyAdmin after the hacking of a board by the "turkish" hacker (seems that he is very active).
What can be done to prevent this guy from hacking the same board again? |

my board was also hacked yesterday, for the second time. The first was in early September. This time he deleted all but one file. Is there a pattern to his activity, and how can he be caught? |

Most servers have a log, if you look at your logs - you will see the IP address of the hacker. THere isn't much you can really do about it. But you can make sure that you are secure. Make sure that yo ur phpbb version is up-to-date. |
